Support Session
One session (1 hour)
I approach every support session like the name suggests, time together to support you at this particular point in your life. I typically don’t mention planets or show your birth chart. Think counseling specifically customized to the uniqueness of your soul. We will focus on specific areas of dynamic tension that you identify as important. Since Evolutionary Astrology is a science of observation and correlation, I will ask questions to connect the dots of your lived experience. I provide feedback regarding the evolutionary reasoning beneath these areas of tension. Together, we discuss what your next best steps might be to assist your unique healing journey. This can include guidance for somatic experiencing, based on how the body holds dynamic tension and how to support the body to heal. This can include exploring various parts of yourself that make up the whole of who you are, then recognizing, negotiating and tending to these parts. If you want to include an energy reading, we make meaning of the symbols of your energy together, which often summarizes the main points from the session.

Imagine you are walking on a path through the forest. You come to a crossroads. Clarity is required to interpret the magnetism of your compass. You may ask “why does _________ keep happening?” or “how can I move forward from here?” or “does anyone really know me?”. You hear an invitation to make yourself comfortable in a homestead. With compassion, I feed you nourishing soul food. I validate your experiences and reflect your true nature back to you. With you in the driver’s seat, we talk about tensions hidden beneath the surface to help you get to the bottom line of your questions or experiences. You will be equipped with precise self-awareness gained through Evolutionary Astrology, now yours to carry with you, as your own soul’s compass.

My preparations prior to each session include studying your birth chart and completing an energy reading for you. We will have the full session to explore the dynamic tensions in your life.
Each session begins by co-creating safe space together. I provide empathic reflections using the lens of evolutionary astrology. You are the expert in your own life, we will make meaning of your energy reading together in the session.

These are my ethical intentions from which I center my human services and aim to embody by tending to, making real, receiving critique, and coming back to this foundation.
Structuring safety: I meet you where you are presently at. You are the expert and healer of your life. You have the right to self-determination. My job is to mirror your soul back to you within your wider social/cultural context.
Anti-oppressive, anti-patriarchal and de-colonial: Deconstructing oppression of people due to white supremacy, transphobia, heteronormativity, patriarchy, ability, class, gender, or any other form of discrimination.
Justice-Doing: Continually considering how I am attending to power in interactions. Witnessing that the personal is political. Participating in social change to social issues.
Curiosity: De-centering myself as the ‘expert’ by asking questions and listening which intentionally place you in the driver’s seat of your life and healing journey.
Revolutionary love: Witnessing the intersectionality of human suffering and enacting revolutionary love by upholding respect, autonomy and dignity of people, thereby co-creating belonging and believed-in hope.

There is a booking form to be filled out, which will take approximately 5-15 minutes to complete.

Immediately after booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a reminder email 96 hours before your appointment, a second one 24 hours before and a last one 2 hours before your appointment.

After the appointment, you will receive an email invitation to provide feedback.

What if i don’t have complete birth information?
For starters, ask family members or someone who was present at your birth. Secondly, try to locate your birth certificate, or request one from the region in which you were born.
If your birth info is still incomplete, enter as much information as you have.
What is evolutionary astrology, as taught by Jeffrey Wolf Green?
It is a branch of astrology which accurately measures the soul’s growth through evolutionary stages and throughout lifetimes. The reasons behind what makes a person’s character and life unique are uncovered by tracking the desires of the soul.
What is an energy reading?
Prior to meeting with you, I create clear and sacred space and tune into your energy via a specific question, based on the area(s) of dynamic tension in your life. I am shown a series of scenes and symbols which can include felt senses or words. During the session we will unpack these symbols and make meaning together.
To be ethically congruent, I read energy only with your consent given.
What if i don’t want an energy reading?
There is space to indicate this on the booking form.
What is a past life akashic record reading?
The akashic records is the library of all universal happenings, past, present and future. I use akashic records for viewing past lives to understand the origins of the issue.
Prior to meeting with you, I create clear and sacred space and tune into the akashic records via a specific question based on the area(s) of dynamic tension in your life. I am shown a series of scenes and symbols which can include felt senses or words. During the session we will unpack these symbols and make meaning together.
To be ethically congruent, past life readings are only included in the journey session package or for people with whom i have had at least one previous session with. Additionally, i will only complete a past life reading if we both agree to it.
